I am taking the pizza idea from one of the many Italian restaurants in New Jersey- Forte. The pizza dough is cooked with the sauce only. The rest of the ingredients are simply thrown on top afterwards- so the effect is basically a salad on top of the crust- fresh and light (unexpected for Jersey , right?)
