Superbowling

Because of the Super Bowl this Sunday, there was no Sunday dinner this week. If I had a big screen HDTV and more seating room, I would have loved to go all out for nibbles during the game. Instead, I headed to my cousins house, who has both the TV and room, and brought some nibbles over!

Nothing says tailgating more than chicken wings and alcohol, so I made these Bourbon Glazed Chicken Wings- combining the best of both worlds. The first time I made these I also made a blue cheese dipping sauce from scratch, but the glaze provides so much flavor you didn’t need it.
