Peas & Paella Results

I was looking forward to breaking out my special paella pan for Sunday’s dinner. It was perfect for cooking the rice with the onions, tomatoes, red peppers and chorizo, among other ingredients.

{I added white asparagus which made the bundles more attractive for the Asparagus and Pea Salad}

I made the dressing with olive oil and Meyer lemons and am quite satisfied with making the infused olive oil myself rather than shelling out over $25 for a bottle of the pre-made.


{Greens, Reds, and Oranges– I would definitely say my paella is an ideal spring dish}

{The white chocolate in these mini-cheesecakes added a subtle sweetness}

Fruit sauces for desserts are my favorite because there are only a few ingredients involved and the pops of color (which apparently is the theme for this dinner) are so bright, not to mention delicious.
