Zucchini season is well upon us, and I could not resist getting those extra large zucchinis from the farmers market because they only appear this time of year. So with all that summer squash on hand I knew a perfect morning after treat for my hired event mentioned here would be Zucchini Bread~
{Knowing that a vegetable baked into my carbs makes me feel a lot better about eating them… and the moistness from the zucchini makes it delicious!}
