Cilantro-Scallion Rolls

As mentioned here, one of the sides I made for a past hired event was Cilantro-Scallion Bread. Now I am no fancy baker/pastry chef, but I loved the presentation of these rolls all coiled up with the bright green filling:


{I mixed in both black and plain sesame seeds with the cilantro and scallions for more flavor and color}

These would even make a great brunch side or a mid-day snack (my clients get to keep the leftovers from my hired events, so they actually raved about eating these for snacks the next day).
