Fall is officially in full swing with Thanksgiving just around the corner-- time for braised dishes, apple desserts and all other food that warms your soul. I love filling up my apartment with wonderful scents from a simmering pot of deliciousness, and I plan to do just that this Sunday.

Strong spices in the fruit mixture- like nutmeg and cloves- to add a kick of flavor
