My family and I had a pretty low key Easter this year and just had a small meal after church. I was in charge of some sort of vegetable side, and I decided to amp up your standard greens (spinach, chard, zucchini) and make a Greens Gratin. 
{There are eggs mixed in with the greens that gave it an Easter feel - topped with breadcrumbs and cheese for a crispy topping}
