So as shown here, my past two weeks were filled with delicious food. Let’s be honest, there was no holding back this girl from the carbs in Italy 
And what better way than a refreshing salad for dinner? 
 {I think this will make a great starter for a Mediterranean themed meal}
This is simple and satisfying with just a few ingredients that take little prep: Mixed Greens, Marinated Feta, Roasted Red Peppers and Toasted Walnuts- that’s it!
