Peaches & Prosciutto

In my line of work, it’s necessary to have a repertoire of snacks/appetizers that can be easily assembled but look and taste gourmet. This past weekend I went to a friend’s house for a party and I knew just the right treat to put together:


{Crostini with Ricotta, Prosciutto, Sliced Peaches and a dab of honey}

Not only did they look time consuming (they were not) but they tasted complex with all the different flavors. Don’t be afraid to experiment with different crostini** toppings!

**Toasted baguette, ciabatta, or any other bread slices. Brush with olive oil and broil or grill to get the crispy exterior but keep the soft interior
