To keep the Christmas Cookie flow going, I made a spin on the classic Linzer cookie by making an Almond Cookie Sandwich with Raspberry Jam in between.
{There are sliced almonds as well as almond paste in the cookie dough}
{Topped with powdered sugar}
These are another great freezable cookie- just another check off of the “to make” list for the upcoming gathering.
