Home Sweet Home

I love to travel and try new restaurants and region specific foods, but eating out for every meal gets tiresome (not to mention unhealthy). I was in Boston the past few days and when I returned home it felt so good to cook a comforting dinner.

These parmesan chicken burgers hit the spot and were easy to assemble. The fresh basil and radicchio both added refreshing bites to the sandwich.

An easy time saver for the dinner was using purchased marina sauce as part of the topping, and a little also went into the actual patty.
