Baking Biscotti

Although I am generally not a big fan of biscotti, I decided it would be a perfect take home treat for my Italian themed event coming up (I promise to reveal the whole menu soon).

But rather than the plain kind, I added pistachios and dried cherries for more of a nutty and tart flavor- and even I was a fan!
