Louisiana Style Results

I am trying to use my grill and my favorite summer produce as much as possible before the season rolls to an end (already halfway through!). Last Sunday’s dinner was full of summer corn, tomatoes and grilled fish.

This was most of the guest’s favorite-- I served each slice with a micro greens salad on the side. The dough was flakey and savory from the crème.

Grilling the fish in packets allowed it to stay moist and flavorful. Right when I got my first taste of Summer Corn mentioned here, I knew that I had to include it in my next Sunday Dinner.


{Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwiches with Chocolate Espresso Cookies}

The espresso in the cookies added a nice kick and I will make them on their own as a “Morning After Treat”, like these ones mentioned here and here, for a future hired event.
